SATURDAY RESULTS

CHELSEA 4 - 2 WATFORD
Cesar Azpilicueta and Michy Batshuayi proved Chelsea's heroes as they battled to a thrilling 4-2 win over Watford at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Batshuayi came off the bench to make it 2-2, with Watford having led for much of the second half through Abdoulaye Doucoure and Roberto Pereyra, before Azpilicueta and the Belgium international secured the win in the dying minutes.

The result came on the back of consecutive defeats for the Premier League champions and the pressure on boss Conte is likely to ease somewhat, with the Blues registering only their second win in five league games.

HUDDERSFIELD 2 - 1 MANCHESTER UNITED
Manchester United's unbeaten start to the Premier League season came to an end in a shock 2-1 loss at Huddersfield Town on Saturday, with Victor Lindelof the villain of the piece.
Former Benfica defender Lindelof was brought on as a replacement for the injured Phil Jones in the 25th minute and the hosts scored both of their goals shortly after his introduction, with United unable to claw things back despite Marcus Rashford's late goal.

MANCHESTER 3 - 0 BURNLEY
Sergio Aguero became the joint-highest scorer in Manchester City history as Pep Guardiola's side stretched their advantage at the top of the Premier League to five points with a 3-0 win over Burnley.
Guardiola's men failed to scale the dazzling heights of recent performances, with a tenacious and disciplined Burnley display causing them moments of discomfort before quickfire goals from Nicolas Otamendi and Leroy Sane made victory safe inside the final 20 minutes.

NEWCASTLE 1 - 0 CRYSTAL PALACE
Crystal Palace were denied their first away Premier League point of the season as Mikel Merino's late header earned Newcastle United a 1-0 win at St James' Park.
Fresh from a long-awaited maiden victory of the campaign against champions Chelsea last weekend, Roy Hodgson's visitors had been the most threatening side in a game desperately lacking in quality and goal-mouth action on Saturday.
Newcastle looked to be heading for a fourth match in succession without a win before Mikel Merino nodded home against Crystal Palace.

STOKE CITY 1 - 2 BOURNEMOUTH
Bournemouth scored twice in two first-half minutes to claim their first away Premier League points of the season with a 2-1 victory over struggling Stoke City.
Eddie Howe's side had lost all four of their previous games on the road, scoring just once in the process, but Andrew Surman put them ahead after 16 minutes with a cool finish from outside the penalty area.

SWANSEA 1 - 2 LEICESTER CITY
Riyad Mahrez set up both Leicester City's goals to help the visitors beat Swansea City for their first Premier League win since August 19.
Riyad Mahrez shone as Leicester City responded to the midweek sacking of manager Craig Shakespeare with a first win in seven Premier League games as they triumphed 2-1 at Swansea City.
Under the stewardship of Michael Appleton, who was placed in temporary charge following Shakepeare's departure on Tuesday, the visitors picked up three points to move out of the relegation zone on Saturday.

SOUTHAMPTON 1 - 0 WEST BROM
A brilliant solo goal from substitute Sofiane Boufal saw Southampton beat West Brom to record their first win in the last four attempts.
Sofiane Boufal's majestic solo goal five minutes from time spared Southampton from more home frustration as they saw off West Brom 1-0 at St Mary's.
The Morocco international came off the bench to slalom past several defenders and slide home in the 85th minute, one of few moments of quality in a tight Premier League tussle on Saturday.

SUNDAY RESULTS 

EVERTON 2 - 5 ARSENAL
Arsenal beat Everton 5-2 in the Premier League at Goodison Park on Sunday, piling the pressure on the under-fire Ronald Koeman.
Ronald Koeman was left on the brink after 10-man Everton capitulated and conceded four second-half goals as Arsenal came from behind to dish out a 5-2 thrashing on Sunday.
The defeat at Goodison Park was Everton's fifth in their last seven Premier League games and left Koeman's position looking increasingly precarious as they dropped into the relegation zone after a humiliating day, having spent a reported £142million in pre-season.
It looked as though it was going to be a long day for Koeman right from the start, as Arsenal picked his side apart early on and the visitors should have taken the lead twice before Wayne Rooney rolled back the years with a long-range strike.

TOTTENHAM 4 - 1 LIVERPOOL
Tottenham thumped Liverpool to move level on points with Manchester United and leave the Reds well off the pace in ninth.
In-form Harry Kane scored another double as Tottenham thrashed Liverpool 4-1 to increase the pressure on Jurgen Klopp.
A dreadful performance from Liverpool's back four and goalkeeper Simon Mignolet helped Kane make it eight goals in his last six Premier League games as Spurs moved level on points with second-placed Manchester United.
Kane's first league goal at Wembley and a Son Heung-min strike ensured Tottenham raced into a two-goal lead inside 12 minutes.
Mohamed Salah briefly got Liverpool back into the game, but Dele Alli netted for first time in six league matches before half-time to keep Spurs in control.

Rapper Meek Mill sentenced to up to four years in jail

Meek Mill has been sentenced to between two and four years in prison for violating his parole with two arrests, one for fighting and another for reckless driving. According to the Guardian,  the Philadelphia rapper's real name Robert Williams  has been on parole since autumn 2009, following a spell in prison on drugs and weapons charges. In March this year, the 30-year-old was arrested after a fight in St Louis airport and in August he was arrested on a charge of reckless driving. Although both charges were later dropped, the judge said the arrests violated Mill’s parole. He was immediately taken into custody. Jay-Z was among those who reacted to the sentencing. The rapper – who owns Roc Nation, the company that represents Mill – published a post on Facebook saying “the sentence handed down by the Judge – against the recommendation of the Assistant District Attorney and Probation Officer – is unjust and heavy handed.” On Instagram, comedian Kevin Hart also showed support fo
