CHELSEA SIGN BAKAYOKO FROM MONACO


The Blues have done their third signing of the summer as Antonio Conte looks to boost his Premier League winning squad with Tiemoue Bakayoko who has completed his €40 million move to Chelsea from Monaco, signing a five-year deal with the Blues.

Bakayoko is gonna be Chelsea's first choice option to strengthen their midfield and they are now expected to allow Nemanja Matic to leave to make room for the 22-year-old.

The Frenchman will wear the No.14 shirt, and told Chelsea He was very happy to join the great team. "I have grown up watching Chelsea. Signing was the natural thing for me because it is a club I loved very much in my childhood.

"I am now looking forward to evolving under this fantastic coach and alongside so many great team-mates."

 He is now the club's second most expensiv signing of all time as he follows goalkeeper Willy Caballero and defender Antonio Rudiger into Stamford Bridge this summer.
