Ronaldo shows off new twins after returning from Confederations Cup

The Real Madrid star was cleared by Portugal to head home early from international duty in Russia and has now introduced his new arrivals to the world
Having suffered a semi-final penalty shoot-out defeat to Chile, Ronaldo has been spared an outing in a third-place play-off.


Instead, he will be spending his time with the latest additions to his family, with there now two boys and a girl in his brood – with son Cristiano Jr having recently turned seven.


The twins are reported to have been named Eva and Mateo and been born on June 8 to a surrogate mother.
Ronaldo is now looking forward to focusing his attention on life away from the field after a hectic 2016-17 campaign.
He announced the arrival of the twins in Facebook, saying: "I was in the service of the national team, as always, body and soul, even though my two children were born," Ronaldo wrote on Facebook.

Rapper Meek Mill sentenced to up to four years in jail

Meek Mill has been sentenced to between two and four years in prison for violating his parole with two arrests, one for fighting and another for reckless driving. According to the Guardian,  the Philadelphia rapper's real name Robert Williams  has been on parole since autumn 2009, following a spell in prison on drugs and weapons charges. In March this year, the 30-year-old was arrested after a fight in St Louis airport and in August he was arrested on a charge of reckless driving. Although both charges were later dropped, the judge said the arrests violated Mill’s parole. He was immediately taken into custody. Jay-Z was among those who reacted to the sentencing.
