Germany wins the Confederation cup 2017

The German side faced Chile in the finals of the Confederation cup in Russia on July 2nd at the 'Saint Petersburg Stadium' for the second time in the competition after the two sides drew 1-1 in the group stage.

The Germany side faced the best Latin American side. Germany used their team B against Chile and defeated them ending the matct 1-0. Chile threw everything they had on the young Germans.

Low was able to shock the world again with the German second team with only senior players like Joshua Kimich and Jonas Hector.

Lars Stindi, who scored the winning goal and Timo Werner, who orchestrated it have come into the national team picture and don't appear to have any intention of letting their places slip for the forthcoming world cup in Russia 2018.
